Kathy Welter-Nichols is co-owner of Thought Models, Ways of the Wise Woman & Co-Creator of The Deep Trance States . She has been working with hypnosis, guided visualization and meditation with clients and  in groups for over 20 years in Canada. What started as an adventure into self awareness, has turned into a path of sharing her spiritual gifts and experiences with others.

Ways of the Wise Woman is profoundly focused on taking women back into their personal place of power. A gifted and inspired Key Note Speaker she is available to speak to your group during day or evening venues.

Kathy lives in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada with her husband and life partner, Harry Nichols and is the mother of two daughters and most recently three grandchildren

Harry Nichols is an internationally sought after speaker, trainer and coach. He has toured the world working with leaders, teams and groups developing the tools necessary to take their lives to the next level.

He is a former apprentice of Dr. Richard Bandler (co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, creator of Design Human Engineering^TM & Neuro Hypnotic Re-patterning^TM). Harry learned directly from Dr. Bandler the power of NLP and DHE^TM in the creation of practical applications that impact positive results on an individual and corporate scale.

Dr. Bandler accredited Harry with the highest distinction as a Master Trainer of both NLP  and DHE^TM. Harry's movement into corporate training has been seamless. Prior to working with Dr. Bandler, Harry enjoyed over 20 successful years in the Printing and Advertising industry and as Sales Co-ordinator for a number of major charities, in the UK and Europe.

This experience with industry has made him a valuable commodity in North America and Europe as a sales/leadership trainer, coach, and as a seminar facilitator and keynote for a variety of clients. He is a contributing author to "Thought Models, the Quantum Approach to Business".

Harry is world renowned as a personal coach who 'passionately pursues all that a person can be. Harry will not let you be anything less than your best.'  His global reputation has led to him being referred to as a "Master Change Facilitator".  His is the voice narrating  "The Adventures of Anybody" a  recording of the famous hypnotic teaching book by Dr. Bandler.
