Meditation Practice

Meditation requires assistance only in that our "drive through"society has an expectation that after the first time one meditates, one should have it figured out. That very western Left Brained approach is great for problem solving, however, very counter productive in achieving a mediation practice that will provide you with stress reduction, greater focus, better sleep, lowered blood pressure and heart rates.

Mediation is a Practice, it's a way of being, and that takes time, patience and discipline to integrate this into your very busy schedule. And yet, 20 minutes a day is all that is needed!

You can do it, we can show you how, and help you remain focused and on task until the practice becomes your way of life.

One on One Sessions - with Kathy or Harry -

Incorporating Hypnotherapy, NLP and other complimentary practices, One on One Sessions are available Monday to Saturday, in the following formats

60 minute sessions (1 hour) * 90 minute sessions (1 1/2 hours) * 120 minute sessions (2 hours)

It is recommended that with each significant change you are considering, you allow 3-4 sessions. Provision is made for follow up consultations in 90 days as a support facility!

All sessions are generally complimentary and will work together with any other therapy you are currently undertaking. We don't usually recommend that you stop a program that is working to take ours, however, adding ours to what is already underway for you, can make a significant contribution to your successful outcome.
