Ie: Do you have an upper limit tolerance for feeling great? Feeling just happy and joyful in your day? Do thoughts creep in that begin to worry you, remind you of all you have not done or achieved…? Do these things interrupt your sense of joy and happiness?

How long will Coaching sessions last?
With coaching, we need time to let the process, evolve and for you to integrate the materials on your side. The minimum commitment is Three Months, one session a week, and generally about 60-90 minutes in length. I also have many clients extend their sessions – adding another 3 months or even longer. The value of your time with me is really limitless.
What if I don’t live close to you?
ZOOM – It’s amazing! The benefits are huge, you will get:

- Shared screens allow access to PowerPoints and Google for deeper understanding
- MP3’s for your continued use – long after we complete our work
What is Deep Trance Work?
Using your own Brain for any Change is the only way to go. I do not have your answers, and I’m so confident you do. The deeper part of you is so loving and so caring, why would we ask anyone else? Working to use your own powerful mind to increase motivation and change behaviour patterns I’ll use NLP and Deep Trancework with guided visualizations and mindful practices.
Can I be directed towards thoughts or suggestions I don’t want?
No, this isn’t possible, and even while we watch individuals in stage shows, perform all manner of strange tasks, they are fully aware and have given their permission to the hypnotist to go ahead and give suggestions to them for entertainment and to behave in such a way for a short period of time. The conscious mind would truly never allow you to be directed towards something you didn’t want or went against your own moral code of ethics.
Every time the brain creates a new pattern in thinking you are learning, every time you learn something new your brain creates a new synaptic connection, and you are expanding your mind. When we rehash old patterns over and over, we are not learning, we are essentially standing still, firing the same button over and over, and getting the same result, while perhaps expecting something different!
